CARAVAN BLUES BAND (NO)

Caravan Blues Band is originated from the small town of Notodden, Norway. To most people Notodden is known for the annual Blues Festival, which take place in this rural norewgian town. Since the mid sixties, Notodden has produced blues and rock bands which have toured up and down the Norwegian countryside. It is many similarities between Notodden and the Mississippi-delta which the blues originated. The Notodden-blues also surfaced due to unemployment and a tough everyday life.

This is the characteristics of the Notodden-blues. It’s rough and raw but still it’s soft and emotional. To carry on the Notodden Blues sound we have the young Caravan Blues Band, which will give you a night to remember. If you like bands like Fleetwood Mac, Allman Brothers Band, Rolling Stones and Cream this is the band for you.
