Jan Chojnacki presents – NALEPA & THE CHILDREN OF THE BLUES
This unique musical event has been specially curated for the 18th edition of the Suwałki Blues Festival by Jan Chojnacki, Honorary Citizen of Suwałki and a key figure of the festival since its very beginning. Together with Piotr Nalepa and Robert Lubera, Chojnacki has crafted a concert dedicated to the music of the legendary Tadeusz Nalepa. The compositions of the Breakout frontman, his deeply emotional guitar playing and his magnetic charisma continue to inspire Poland’s most acclaimed artists.
The first part of the concert will feature Tadeusz Nalepa’s most iconic songs, reimagined for a rock band accompanied by a symphonic ensemble. Nie-Bo, expanded with a brass section and the powerful vocals of Natalia Kwiatkowska, Żaneta Lubera, and Bartek Grzanek, will perform alongside the Suwalska Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Kazimierz Dąbrowski.
The second part of the evening will be taken over by the Nie-Bo Orchestra, joined by special guests Wojciech Cugowski, O.S.T.R, and Tomasz Organek, each delivering mini-recitals prepared especially for this night.
